Posted: Tue Sep 01, 2009 3:29 pmI have been in many rooms, full of distillers and other distillery personnel, and when the subject of marketing white dog comes up, the distillers invariably point to the marketing people and say it's up to them. I have never heard a distiller cite a technical reason why white dog cannot be sold and all of this speculation is, frankly, ridiculous. You have only to think of all the unaged spirits (corn whiskey, vodka, rum, grappa, eau de vie, tequila, etc.) that are already marketed in that form.
