I know I've posted on this before, but I can't seem to find the thread. This gist of what I want to say is that the main story in the new Bourbon Country Reader is about the settlement of the million-dollar Jack Daniel's collection case. I mention in there a letter I sent to the Tennessee ABC. Naturally, I received their reply the same day I picked up the Readers at the printer.

I have no complaints about the TABC. I asked them a straight question and they gave me a straight answer, so they're okay in my book.

Someone should start drafting a collector's license statute for submission to the Tennessee legislature.
