Suggest me a whiskey please

-Sweet, but not overly too sweet
-Hints of banana
-Hints of brown sugar
-Smooth, easy sipping straight or over rocks
Would like to be under $40, and for it to readily be available at a local liquor store.
What do y'all suggest??
