New Hirsch 13yo rye?

The PA LCB lists a "HIRSCH SELECTION RYE 13 YR OLD" available by special order for about $44. I think this is a new listing, although I see online that such an offering existed a few years ago. Anybody know if this is a new bottling?

I doubt if this is a new listing. Usually SLO's (Special Liquor Orders) come about after the product was once on the shelf, sold out, and the PALCB decided not to order it again but have it available as a SLO. Some of the SLO's listed by them are impossible to get. This may be one of them.
