When I did some research in Nashville a few years ago, I only found three distilleries where the Sanborn Insurance maps showed they were using the Lincoln County process with charcoal vats and they were Cascade Hollow, Jack Daniel's and Charles Nelson's Greenbrier. I have seen many empty Greenbrier jugs and bottles, but I have never seen any of the whiskey. Has anybody else found a bottle of this whiskey?
