Review from Brewer (BourbonEnthusiast Review ID 56) | Purchased at: | Seaholm's Liquors, Huntington NY | | Purchased for: | $20 | | Info on this bottle: | Barreled on 9/22/92; Bottled on 1/29/02; barrel number 57 | | Nose: | Corn & oak | | Taste: | Honey joins the corn and oak in the taste. | | Finish: | There's a degree of heat and burn on the finish. Not terrible, but its there. Also noted is nutmeg. | | Overall: | This is an OK bourbon, but not as good as other EWSB vintages. It is nice for comparison purposes though. |

Review from Mark (BourbonEnthusiast Review ID 50) | Purchased at: | | | Purchased for: | ~ $20 | | Info on this bottle: | Barreled on 9/22/92; Bottled on 1/29/02; barrel number 57 | | Nose: | Oak and corn, almost like a slightly aged white dog | | Taste: | A little on the light side with peppery/spicy notes | | Finish: | Moderately hot and spicy with a bit of burn on the way down | | Overall: | This bourbon clings to the glass quite a bit and takes its time to form any legs/trails on the inside of the glass as it is swirled. A bit 'oily'. Compared to some other vintages I have tried the 92' is not one of my favorites... |
