No alcohol burn even at 100 proof and anice thick and chewy mouth feel. | | Finish: | Lonf and sweet with apples and caramel leading into some oak tannin dryness. | | Overall: | This is a wonderful bourbon unfiltered. Makes me wish they would offer this on a regular basis. |
