Nose:	Corn sweetness and pepper spice with a hint of oak and vanilla.
Taste:	Sweet corn and vanilla with oak wood and cinnamon spice.
Finish:	Caramel sweetnes that last for several minutes.
Overall:	A very respectable bourbon that can be drank neat or mixed in an old fashioned or whiskey sour.
